I was charged $2500 for NOTHING... Except a poorly written resume!

I was ill advised back in July. I was looking to relocate to Texas and figured the best was to find a new job would be to go through a "headhunter" well... That didn't happen! It has been 2 years and all I have gotten from this company is a bill from GE credit, a POORLY written resume, no job leads, no updates, a cheap folder... Oh yeah and a tick on my credit because I refuse to pay for a service that I wasn't given.
