Simply Everything plans that include everything, do not include phone as modem. Worldwide

I recently upgraded my calling plan and phone with sprint to use the Palm Treo 755 and after consulting with the Sprint representitives and reading all the literature they had available, decided to go with the simply everything plan. As it was told to me and read in the literature everything was included and there would never be additional charges with this plan. Today I attempted to use the phone as a modem when connected to my laptop and I could not get it to function.

I then went online to sprint and talked with technical support who told me that in order to use the phone as a modem I would have to pay an extra 40 dollars a month on top of the 99.99 simply everything plan. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows about this, so you don't sign a 2 year contract like I did thinking it included everything, when it obviously does not.
