I also am not pleased with Privacy Matters's business ethics. I understood there to be a one-time charge of $29.99 and a monthly fee of $1.00. Since March of '08 I have been charged twice each month for $29.99 plus the $1.00 for a total of $183 for three months of monitoring. Who needs monitoring at this price? I only wanted a free credit report!
