Lack of service

I introduced a mobile phone charger and adapter. The revenue worker attempted about the adapter to my telephone, stated it worked and that I added it. After I returned to function the adapter wasn't within the plastic container or the finish of the charger. I instantly called back again to the shop. The worker stated ok take it back. I operate and survive another aspect of city and wasn't back this way to get a week. After I got it finish they stated they might not provide me a reimbursement since the adapter was lacking. The worker was there, he appreciated the phone call however they nevertheless declined the reimbursement.
