Avoid this company like the plague!

We had a very bad experience with this company. They promised that our fountain would be done in time for our wedding party. They showed up late and then said they couldn't do the entire job for the amount quoted because our fountain wasn't "tile ready." We immediately cancelled the job (within the 3 day cancellation period) yet they still tried to bill us for sending their guys out&even though they never provided any services that were of value to us&and we never approved the revised order. We found a contractor that did the job on time and for far less than what Valley Tile originally quoted us.

Now this company has threatened to attach a lien on our house and has a collection company harassing us for payment&even though we sent in a payment for 50% of the total just to be nice and show a willingness to meet them halfway&even though they provided nothing of value to us. Only grief and stress and wasted time just before our wedding party.
