Took multiple payments from my account without my consent

I made the mistake of making an online credit card payment for what I thought was an overdue magazine subscription for my grandmother for soap opera digest. They offered me a discount subscription for 2 additional magazines. I asked for an invoice to be mailed to me in my name so that I could manage the subsrition myself. The agent agreed and instead of sending me an invoice they took 167.00 from my account. When I called to complain, the manager/supervisor, Anthony Delarossa stated that there was nothing he could do about that, I could not get a refund, I could cancel the subscription and receive no more magazines nor would I be refunded any of the money they already stole from me. I googled this company and see they have numerous complaints that are similar to mine. I am hoping to get my money back.
