Company contacted me via phone to renew a magazine subscription to Soap Opera Digest two years for $79.95/year. They debited my credit card for both payments and I never received the magazines. When I called Soap Opera Digest they said that the order had never been placed. I left several messages for Total Magazine service which were all unanswered.
