Short response time when calling!

FIA Card Providers often ask telephone. Their quantity and title are authorized on my caller-id, however they hang-up before I will answer the telephone. Program below has call modem to ensure that incoming calls are acquired following the first two bands from telco, then starts calling speech telephones or even Fax or device phone. They appear to quit the phone call when point is acquired even though that locally produced calling indicators are now being delivered back for them.

Darn it, they ought to delay atleast 0ne moment (10 calling indicators) before ending the phone call. Existing exercise IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
