Not just over billing, but double billing

I was in Deland Florida in October. I made one phone call for 11 minutes and was charged $33.88. Which was a little rediculous, but I paid. Yesterday May 17 received a new bill from them that said Second Notice. What they are trying to double bill me. Well since I paid through my local phone company and have the records. They will be giving a written appology, or my lawyer and Qwests lawyers will be suing them. This company is run by crooks.
