Ripoff Where is my money?

I sent check for two sets of the hearing aids on Oct. 7th. 02. The check cleared my bank Oct. 23. I've been investigating and found this website on ripoffs. I found on your site that others have been ripped off by this company.

I saw red because the letter by the person who ordered the same thing in Jan. Was ripped off and was told those hearing aids can't be obtained, and that person didn't get a refund.
Why would JDMarvel continue to advertise this product and not refund the money? Why do we have to investigate and go through all this trouble to find out what is going on with our order?
I can't get through the telephone lines are always busy.

In the REBUTTAL response on your website from Pauline of customer service at J D Marvel Products, she gives an email address to contact her about your orders. HOWEVER this is not true. When you try to email them, your email comes back to you. This is a rip off company for sure! In my email to them I let them know I am angry, I want my money back. ($22.95) I am not finished with this yet.
