This company delivered a package to my home and mowed over my driveway lights not once, but TWICE.in 2 seperate incidents. I was assured by local mgmt that I would be reimbursed fully for the damages to the tune af $120. I provided the local office with a copy of the receipt and was promised a call back to pick up the check for the damages. Never got a call back to date. Contacted Corporate and filed a claim. My claim number is "022114421928" When I started calling Corporate to complain about not ever getting a call back from the local office ever, they acted like I was pressing them. Kept telling me to give them more time. I am now fed up.
