Totally dishonest compay

I started working for Arrow in 3/08. After the training class that was totally worthless, i started driving for the regional division. When i signed on the web site states that you will be paid 26 percent of the freight charges. I found out that is it 26 percent of 95 percent of the net amount of the line haul charge. I waited in pipe yards for 5 hours waiting to get loaded with no detention pay. I constantly had to argue with my dispatcher in order to get the things i needed to complete the job as required. The whole thing from the recruiter calling me to the end of the job was totally dishonest. I was informed while i had to stay in a truck stop for the weekend under a load that i get no detention pay if i am under a load on the weekends. Would be nice to find someone in the trucking industry that is honest.
