Fraudulent ripoff business deceptive info and outright lies to consumers

Company contacted me by phone, said there would be a 1 time fee of $29.99. Paperwork came when I was away, their time/trial period had expired before I even got home to read the paperwork. I called immediately upon reading the deductions/debits that would be taken out of my account. Had to call repeatedly just to get through the line to cancel my "account". They said the money wasn't deducted at that time and that it wouldn't be. I checked my banking account to find that it had been debited that very same day!!! After numerous calls to the company they reassured me my refund was processed and I'd get it in a few days.

Now here I am another month later and still no refund and for some reason they are unreachable by phone. (I keep getting a busy signal everytime I call.) This company needs to refund ALL money they have cheated people out of!!! Any help will be appreciated.
