This company fraudulently billed our phone provider for long distance services for which we never subscribed

This company billed our phone provider for long distance services for which we never subscribed. Upon calling them, they did not even contradict our request for refund of service fees, which leads us to believe they were well aware of the fraud. The amounts were minimal (less than $200 in total) so were "under the radar" so to speak and we did not catch them until recently. They had been doing this from November through April. I find it disgusting that companies can get away with this.
