Zimmer Radio Group, does not and will not back up their sales staff. You may sign and agree to one thing, cancel a contract or verbally request changes and they will not give you what you pay for.
Sales staff seem to be sincere but the corporate group will not back up any agreements you have with them.
We paid in full for services rendered now they hire collection agencies to get the money for what they did not do.
Phone calls threatening to involve employees and sue them as well.
We have reported them to the attorney generals office and also Zimmer.
Hopefully they will have to start providing value for the contracts they want paid for.
Most of the charges are from outrageous fees they add for nonpayment.
Our bill has been disputed from the first time we received it we lost money and clients because of Zimmer and they refused to compensate or adjust our bill accordingly.
DO NOT do business with them.
