They give approximate shipping arrival date but books do not arrive

I ordered a book on April 16 for a class starting on May 6th. Alibris claims book was shipped on April 17th with estimated arrival date of April 29th. When I contacted them via e-mail they replied the book could take up to 30 days and to contact them after that timeframe. I have since contacted my Discover Card. Discover credited my account and are investigating this issue. Do not order from this company... Ripoff
