Housing And Urban Development AKA US Treasury Dept The CO. Above, garnished our Income Tax Refund & 2007 Rebate Check Illegally! Washington, DC District of Columbia

We took out a H.U.D. Loan some 7 years ago... This was because, my wife and I were both unemployed, and, we also did not get my Unemployment due to foul-play on the former Employers Part (Who made up lies to keep me from getting my unemployment) in Texas. Therefore, not being able to find a job right after 9/11, be became 7 mos behind on our house payment. Well, our Mortgagor recommended H.U. D, to set up a 0 interest re-payment plan of those 7 payments. We were approved, and it saved our house. The loan through HUD was not to be paid back until the year 2026! We still live in the same house... Yet, due to some sick scam or prank, HUD decided to arbitrarily send out a "Demand for payment", last year (Some 20 years premature to due date). I am steaming with hate and anger at these heartless, scaming Mothers!!! I just found out that they stole our Tax Reund and Tax Rebate last week by checking the IRS where's my money 800 number. They took some $3,400! (Without even telling us)

Who can I turn to? I feel I am all alone in this victimization schedule...

We to not only want to get our money back, but put and end to them doing this on future Tax Refund's, etc.

If any can help us, I will give a percentage of the money to the party that is successful.
