Sent letter to say "cancel everything, " but I am still receiving magazines consumer rip-off fraud

I had the option of canceling everything with a certain time frame. I did not receive the letter in the mail until a few days before the deadline; however, I dated the letter as soon as I received it and mailed it back, stating I wanted to cancel everything!

I received a call a few weeks later saying "pay for everything now at this special low rate, and you won't have to pay again, " or "we will keep billing you at the regular rate." I was still receiving magazines throughout this whole ordeal.

I paid at a special low rate, before actually realizing that I should not have been receiving any publications or sending any money in at all!

I have been suckered, and I hate to say it, should have known better! I do not want this type of thing happening to anyone else.
