The Video Tan, Etc, establishment blantanly ripped off customers by closing their store without ample notice to their paying customers! This establishment, which was fully opened and operational on November 4, and taking people's money for tanning sessions, ceased operations on November 7.

To the customers who were ripped off, and robbed of their money, the owners and managers should be held fully accountable.

If the deadbeats of Video Tan, Etc, should see this, they should be warned that a petition has been filed with the Ohio State Attorney's office, and with the State of Ohio, Montgomery County Fraud division. So beware!!!
