Reprehensible dishonesty from day one, do not do business with these thieves

I requested a quotation for a move from Tucson, AZ. To Manila Philippines they bring you in with a quote that is soo low It is not possible to honor, then out comes their contract requiring a 25% deposit I send deposit and noticed they must have hammered my check it cleared my account in 2 days, then the Email, "Oh so sorry we cannot get a shipping container to you for 6 weeks. I explained in the beginning I'd sold my home and the new owner was planning on moving in on a date certain not 6 weeks later. I sent them a written cancellation notice with a request to return my 25% deposit, again the old"Oh so sorry Mr. Leland that can take weeks to return your money.

Well Please explain why that would be since you have the cash from my bank at this time. And we aren't talking about waiting for my check to clear I've talked to the office manager? No to avail. I believe I will only see my deposit returned when the Fla Att. Generals office contacts these A-holes
