Of Muskego I asked for prices, never ordered the signs - they placed the order by accident, agreed to sell to me at cost, then charged my credit card the full amount!

I run a Haunted House which benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation, so we operate on a tighter than tight budget. I went into their business to price out some signs, but their price was high and another local printer could get me a lower quantity at a better price, in a matter of days, so I went with them. Eagle Media would of farmed out the job, thus taking extra time, too.
A few days after I visited their shop, I got a phone call. "Your signs are in" - First of all, the signs came in after our haunted house opened. Secondly, I never ordered them! The gal placed the order without my concent and without any down payment! The owner called and said he would sell them to us at cost.By this time, the haunt was almost over, so I agreed, and I told them that if they could hold onto the signs until we could scrape together the funds to pay for them, we would appreciate it.

The following year I called up Eagle Media and gave them my credit card number, to pay for the signs. They dropped them off at my house. When I went to enter the amount in our budget, I noticed they charged me the full amount! Not the agreed to cost amount! I immediately called, but had to leave a message. I later tried emailing them... No correction has been made to this date.
