I ordered an item and they shipped a different item and said it was not their mistake so I have to pay shipping both ways. They say there's nothing I can do because after I ordered it I should have read the confirmation email they sent telling me they were intending to send a different item then the one I ordered. Their Amazon.com ordering page for this item should describe the actual item they intend to send.
