Financial One, Same address as American Gold Mail Fraud deceptive company the business that doesn't give a damn need I say More?

On October 16 I received a telephone call from a "bank" Calling themselves "Financial One". I listened to their offer: $299.95 get me a Visa Platinum Card with a credit limit of (not up to) $3,000...

Sounds good, right? Well it did to me...

So I had them take out my $300 on the 23rd of october (my next pay-day). Since I didn't have the 300 on the day that they called...

They Told me that my card would be ariving 10 days (not bus. Days) after my account was debited. 29 days later (this morning) I recived a package in the mail from them it contained: A letter welcoming me to "Financial One Benifits Platinum Club" A credit repair Book and CD
An Advertisement for A Company Selling Gateway Computers (Old Tappan, NJ) An Advertisement for MJR FREECELL (Fort Lee, NJ) An Advertisement For a Company Selling "Dish Netwok" Equipment and services (From the Same Address in Old Tappan, NJ) A Cataloge for me to Order Products From
and (this one Really Pissed me Off) An Aplication for a "Stored Value" Master Card...

Now I Tried Calling the Customer Service Number 10 Times and Every-Single-Time it Sent me into a recording (oddly enough it's the same recording people get when they call my cell phone and my mail box is full) and the recording said "Your call is being transfered, the Mailbox for "Customer Service" is full please try back later" and then it hung up on me...

So I called my bank and they said there was nothing I could do other than file a complaint

So I started looking around the internet to try and find this company that had cheated me out of my $300, But I couldn't. So I typed in their Address that was on the envelope that they sent me. I was suprized to find that they share the PMB (Post Mail Box) With a company Called "American Gold" That is listed on here for doing the exact same thing...

So Here is what I propose I'm leaving my E-Mail Address and I want Everyone that has been Taken Advantage of by this company to contact me. They Broke the law and they need to pay us all back we should file a class action law suit aginst them
