Handsnpaws.com - Sophistication Alley yeah more like BaitnSwitch oh and did I mention that their customer support may be mentally unstable?

So not only did HandsnPaws not ship my merchandise (dog booties to help my 3-legged dog), they also wrote an entertaining email back to me when I contested my order which never arrived after 7 weeks. I wrote to them when they refused to send my order to the correct shipping address. I also requested that they cancel the order, which seems to have upset them... Because then they wrote this:

the regular way identifying the order number. Who knows if they went out too. I would suggest you keep better track of your orders and sort this out. May want to re-read your order confirmation too.

I mean, you know, I hope this person isn't a danger to him or herself or others, because they certainly don't seem mentally stable. The lear jet part is my favorite, mostly because they misspelled it - it is learjet, not lear jet.
