Ordered collar on May 30. Followed their instructions when paying by PayPal, still have not heard a word from them; it is now July 12. I have made at least 6 attempts to contact them. I am filing with the Arizona Better Business Bureau since they have 2 addresses here as well as PayPal and the credit card company I use. Wish I would have seen this website before I ordered.
