Kingofswords internet fraud... Deposits your money... Delivers nothing... Will not refund your money... Will not return calls... Will not reply/respond... Many complaints against this company

I made a purchase from this company Nov'07 for a Christmas gift. I began emailing them to find out where my merchandise was in Dec. They responded using delay tactics. 1st they said the company they purchase from was out of country and the shipment was delayed in customs. I asked for a delivery date. The reply stated delivery would be asap. That went on for a month. I then asked for either merchandise or a full refund, as they had debited my account for 90.00. Eventually, I got a response from them stating my account had been sent to their accounting dept and a refund would be processed. That was early Jan '08.

To date this has been ongoing and it is now Apr 17. I still don't have merchandise or a refund. Please note... Do not delay action through your bank. I allowed this theif to delay me and discovered I had only 45 days to do an unauthorized transaction through the bank. Obviously, I had passed that deadline. (Under normal circumstances I would not have allowed this to go this far, but at the time, it was the holidays and my financee was due to deploy back to the states from Iraq, so I had a lot on my mind.) As of today this company still states a refund will be processed.

After searching the web I have found that every company this guy has has formal complaints against them. Kingofswords, kingofponds, milleniumempire.com, amazonempire.com, and there are others all have complaints against them, all identical to mine. They accept payment, do not deliver merchandise, refuse to refund your money. The owner is SCOTT MARLATT... Current number 404-543-5882... Please join me and file formal complaints with... The bbb of atlanta, ga state attorneys general, the consumer affairs div., the internet crime commission, the irs. If you would like more state and federal information, feel free to contact me.
