I, along with many others was ripped off by this online company. All the complaints I have read thus far have similar results. On April 2 I ordered 1 x Cheetah 350,000 Volt Stun Gun for a Sub-Total of $24.00
Zone Based Shipping Rates (USA Shipping): $8.99, and a Total of $32.99. The amt. Was deducted from my bank acct. The following day. One month later, since the item had not arrived, I contacted the company and told that the item was out of stock.By the second month, I asked for a refund and was told that the info. Would be sent to the accounting dept. THIS IS A ONE MAN BUSINESS! Three months later, I still have not received a refund, but have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
