Teton put marks on my DAC report, when I was hired they did not use DAC. So far there has been one false report

I was hired on with Teton on January 30. I worked for them for a little over a year, employment ended Febuary 7. When I was hired I had to sign a consent form to let me know that I would be charged $250 for any incident/Accident that cost the company money (Towing, ground maintenance, ETC.). Since I was hired with Teton they started to use the DAC system. Now, since I ended my employment, I have a few marks on my DAC report. One of those marks is "Improper use of company equipment", well I can figure when and what that concerns.

I decided to quit the job, leave the company. It was time for me to get home for a few days, so I requested to get home. It was in the works, just had to get a load from a shipper then proceed to the nearest truck-stop to await another driver to swap trailers. It was looking good so far. I waited and waited, contacted my dispatcher a few times about the delay. I told my dispatcher about me wanting to quit due to the delays (I just wanted to get out of the company). I wanted to get home so I could get my stuff out of the truck, but the company did not route me home so I could do that, they routed me straight to the nearest terminal. So I proceeded to the terminal (a direct route).

Now I have a mark on my DAC stating that I used company equipment improperly. That is not true, I have the log for that day, 5.5 hours from Marrietta, OH to Indianapolis, IN. Now I live in Apollo, PA, trip to home from where I was would have taken about 11 hours. Dispatched at 11:25 AM arrived at 4:45 PM, do the math and you will see that I did not go home. False reporting by Companies to DAC is not right. I don't know what to do about this situation...
