Taco bell no large drink window slammed at me texas

I ordered a meal asked for largesst diet drink would pay extra for it. When got to window, was given meal then drink, told girl wanted large drink, was told well didnt give it to you or charge for it and slammed window shut. Complained on webiste and at 800 number on receipt, their way of fixing this was sending a thanks for letting us know this and hope you continue to enjoy our product, uh duh, how about giving gift card, am now having all boycott this place. Vb
