Ripoff dishonest taking money from my checking account when I declined their offer $180 & overdrawing my account

I received their mailing, I did nothing with it, no phone numbers, email or net addresses, nothing. Letter dated October 3.

Next day received a phone call from them, after about 10 minutes, they told me it was 180.00 to activate my Platinum Card account, and I declined, I said no I do not want your line of credit.

A few weeks later, they charged my bank account and overdrew it after I told them repeatedly on the phone NO. Anyone with information would be greatly appreciated. I need help! Many other checks bounced due to this fraudulent company!
