Horrible customer service!

I've to accept terrible customer support for Thinkvacuums.com. We simply bought a brand new system for the older Kenmore Central vacuum system. After conferring t/the sales person we decided we'd a 1.25" program and that I requested our fresh line & accessories. Whenever we got the machine, we discovered the line wouldn't match the container within the wall. Calling the organization, I had been guaranteed an adaptor component could be delivered instantly. None came after 14 days. Then I published a contact towards the contact position. No reply. I named customer support to inquire about the number reaction after another week. After I began the discussion towards the male responder, he instantly charged me to be violent which he did not require a criticism therefore early each morning. (9AM asian, Sat). I'd exposed the discussion by stating it was my next contact for them and hadnot noticed any reaction however, might he help me. I hung-up, I actually donot require misuse both. I called back later wishing to obtain another person. No such luck. The discussion didn't get well.
