These people have lied about German Shepherd AKC registration papers

In January my husband and I purchased an AKC registered German Shepherd puppy. I know we paid a fair price for the puppy, because she was only $250, but I was given a signed paper from this couple stating that we would receive AKC registered papers. As we were at their house picking out our puppy, these people were so nice. We really thought we got lucky with them. She showed us the mom and dad and their AKC registered papers, so I know it was legit. We are not looking to sue them or anything like that. We are really just interested in getting the papers for our dog. They told us after we paid them that it would take 3-4 weeks and they would mail them to us. We have e-mailed and phoned them so many times with no return phone call or e-mail. We just want what was promised to us
