No tattoo kits? Burned down warehouse? Lies!

First ordered a tattoo kit on February 6 from this company online. I waited about three weeks and never received it. I have been in contact with them trying to resolve the problem, but have only gotten the runaround. Their first excuse was that their warehouse had burnt down. Their second excuse was that the package was undeliverable, because of the address. They offered to give me a refund or to send it to a different address, but I have gotten no responses from them for 3 weeks. I have been constantly and consistently messaging them for the last 3 weeks about every other day and have yet to get a response. I am tired of waiting and tired of this company and I want a refund.
