Dog Training in your Home
Will not refund our money

We signed up with Dog Training in your Home in June for 5 lessons. We put down a deposit of $250.00.

Due to the circumstances we felt that it was better to find the dog a new home. We called and cancelled our lessons. The dog trainer never showed up at our house again.

We were told to write the company, explaining why we chose to cancel and our money would be refuned. We have done this twice already and nothing!

One letter we wrote ourselves, the other one was a form they sent us and asked us to fill out.

We have called countless times and even tried to send an e-mail to the company president, but it was returned. We are very frustrated. We are patient people, but 6 months is a little to long for 'processing.'

I can get no further on the phone then the answering service. Please help.
