Scam and cheating!

This fee was for referral services by the web-based company “Everycontractor.com” they work as a screening agent to forward job leads to contractors for various types of work. I was contacted to sign up for this service for an annual fee of $500. This contract would send me a minimum of 12 biddable jobs in the 1 year contract period. They backed this offer with a money back guarantee. I received one referral on March 15, approximately 6 weeks into my contract. As of today 07-25-07, I have received no other leads. When I contacted them, by phone, prior to filling this claim they said that they could not refund money until the contract term was up (01-28-08). This service was arranged via phone conversations. I have also contacted them recently (via email) to cancel this service but have not yet received a response.
