Never received item and NO refund!

I ordered a tool kit in December. Never showed up. Customer service took 2 weeks to trace then I contacted them again (never contacted me) and asked to re-ship. Item never arrived. I asked about it again and they said it would take 2 weeks to trace. I waited, they never contacted me so I contacted them and they said they would re-ship (again!). Item never arrived. They said it would take 2 weeks to research... I asked for a refund and they are still researching it... (Now April)...
