EMPTY Promises and Masked Customer Service

Shops, Products, Services

They gave me the "free deal". I would only have to ppend $750 for a ist of 5000 and they would prove to me how great the service was that I would come back and order more.

They were to make the 5000 calls over 2 weeks and in week 2 and one week beyond is when i would have my appointments. I understood there were no guarantees and I was disappointed but not upset that after 2 weeks I had no appointments.

They are now beyond the 2 weeks and supposedly still calling through the 5000 names.

My complaints:

I asked for them to send me the excel file of names called so that the "call backs" could be addressed in a timely manner. I asked for this file to be sent EVERY day. I only once received it back-to-back days.

I have revised the script several times to try and make it as easy as possible for them to set an appointment, still no response.

The issue that pushed me over the edge was when I started calling the "call backs". I was getting some straight to voicemail phone numbers, OK. I got a couple of businesses, OK, at least someone answered, but I am specifically selling to homeowners... These names shouldn't appear on a call back list.
Then I started getting more businesses and to top it all off, I started getting disconnected numbers. And unless these numbers were disconnected within the last 3-5 days, then these lists are bogus or Americas "Best" is scamming me.

I have called a couple of times to address issues and got the usual, "I'll look into it for you"

I am still awaiting a response from Chris High - he's "in a meeting" so I may have good news later on, but honestly, the only good news that I could get at this point is either 10 appoinments set that result in 3 or 4 sales or getting at least 1/2 my money back.

Things I should have paid attention to before I got into business with them;
1. BBB report
2. The number of different names they have associated with them.
3. When you google Americas Best Telemarketing, there are 2 or 3 scam reports before their site is listed. Red flag!
4. If they are such a big company, shouldn't they have an email address that ends in @americasbesttelemarketing.com instead of some free @msn.com? I mean, I pay $50 a month for my business website and I have my own domain email address!

Oh well, hopefully this report will stop you from doing business with them. There are other ways to waste your money and certainly other ways to promote your business.
