I am really peed off! I was one of the victims of Warranty USA last year. Agreed to their services, they with drew $352.25 (on 11/12/01) initially. When I received the information in mail, I checked CANCEL and sent right back (on 12/7/01).in mean time they withdrew $65.04 for 1st month installments (on 11/23/01). And that was BEFORE I even received the info.in mail! I have been trying to follow all of this since, figured I am SOL on getting any money back.

Found out TODAY (11/6/02) they withdrew $79.50 under name called Healthcare. It is them, because I have not authorized anyone to take money out of my account since this time last year.

I have sent all documents to my attorney general, they are aware, but have not personally heard from them. My bank is now aware of what has happened. What else is a person suppose to do?
