Stole $299.95 from my account plus $30.00 NSF charge

I was called by the 'IRS' saying they would deposit $2000 dollars in my account for filing my taxes on time. So being young, dumb and stupid, I got excited, hey free $2000 bucks. Well then the guy proceeded to talk about health care, me not having any I listened. He said for a ONE TIME FEE of $29.95 I would receive a healthcare package. Again, being young dumb and stupid I didn't hang-up. I gave him all my banking information. They charged the $29.95.

When I was on the net and looking at my statements from the bank I saw that NHC had withdrew the money. I didn't remeber that name, so I called the 866-407-1029# that they gave. I had recently got a job wiht benefits so I no longer needed their healthcare. I told her I wanted to cancel, she said I couldn't cancel until I received the welcome package. She then said to just send the package back and they would automattically cancel my membership. So I did just that. On July 6, they charged my account $299.95. So I called them and asked why since I sent the package back. They said I was suppose to call within 7 days of receiving the welcome package to cancel. First the lady told me NOT to open and just send it back, so I did. Now, I am waiting to find out if I am getting my money back after they STOLE my money!

There is also a company name National Healthcare Solutions Inc.in Texas, I have contacted them and they said they have no clue who these people are and that I was not the first person to contact them in regards to this. I have learned a very valuable lesson. I know now not to give any kind of vital info like that out to NOONE! I advise people not to do business with this company! If they call, HANG-UP!
