Harassing phone calls for unknown debto

I received a message on my voice mail from an automated computer recording sent by Credit Collection Services stating that "... By continuing to listen to this message you are admitting that you are [John Doe] the subject of this debt collection effort..." (paraphrased). Since it was my voice message answering service recording the message, I admitted nothing of the sort and had no opportunity to deny the accusation. Now I am receiving multiple phone calls for this unknown debtor because of this automated operator message default "admission."
