SCAM ARTIST WORK WITH OTHER scam artist and RIPP YOU oFF!

I was 22 starting my first business. I met a woman who said she can handle my credit card processing. She explained that it would cost me a flat rate of $85 per month, and a very low per transaction percentage. I asked her what would happen if someone offered me a better deal, she replied "that wont happen, and if it did you may switch companies". Needless to say, she was a SCAM ARTIST. The contract was worded very funny and in the end this is what turned out to be the truth:

1) They sold me credit card equipment for over $3,000 that is available in MANY stores for under $300.

2) They had my bank account info so they could add my card chrges to my account, The STOLE $1,500 at one time with out my consent directly from my account. They did this TWICE. The first time I noticed it the next day so WaMu made them refund the money. The second time i did not notice for 1 week so WaMu left me alone to deal with them. When I call I never get a representative who can help. They will not provide an account summary with payment history, nor the original contract.
