Door doesn't go all the way down

Our maytag doorway does not move completely along. Product number MDBH955AWS. A&e-service continues to be out to my home often. One technology stated that the doorway is not imagine to-go completely along. I've had additional dishwashers where the doorway moves completely along.

I called Maytag plus they stated that A&e-service published that my dishwasher was good. This isn't accurate. I'd like a brand new dishwasher.

A&E hasbeen to my home for repairs since I have purchased my dishwasher in March.
