Took my money for no services

Never in my life have I been more aggravated by anyone or anything as these people. Last Nov. I signed up for vonage, then found out that I wasn't moving, so I called to cancel. Within the time allowed, even sooner, anyway the woman on the other end of the line would not let me cancel. I explained to her I did not need phone service, the more I told the harder she tried to lower the price. I asked her if she were crazy, I no longer needed my order. Well I told her in no uncertain terms to cancel my order. I never received any merchandise, no services and 4 months had past. On March 26th, Vonage withdrew 104.48 for my credit card. I again called Vonage and they absolutely refuse to give me my money back. Each one of these Phone calls lasted more than 42 minutes. It was absolutely horrible, at the end of the last phone call, that ended after 76 mins. I was having chest pains from the unbelievable ignorance from these people. So now I have to cancel my credit card and see if there is a way to sue them.
