AVC: America Value Channel
AVC - America Value Channel does not refund my money in a reasonnable fashion (30 days) it has been two months

I received merchandise that was disapointing. I called for an RMA# the same day. Was given a # (1731), went to UPS and mailed back the merchandise.
They received it 2/11/08. They guarantee a refund within 30 days. I have called them numerous times left messages at times amd talked with different clerks.
The amount is $ 7.500.01 Please help, and stop this kind of rip off.
They are making money on my money, they should be charged with embezzeling customers. Thanks
