I ordered a shower curtain and liscense plate cover. When delivered, the shower curtain was the wrong color and I never received the liscense plate cover. I had to contact the e-mail address and ask why it was not delivered. They said it was backordered. A few days later I asked if there was a status on the backordered item. No reply. A couple of days later I asked again and the person on the e-mail replied: "We will just credit your account. We can see you cant wait any longer for your small frame". Great customer service as you can read. I then asked for a customer service phone number and they replied: "Why? Is there something you can not say via e-mail that you would have to say to customer service on phone?" Finally I was able to get the phone number though a google search by putting in the address of the company. I have been charged for the item and still have not received it, wasn't told about the lack of inventory until I asked and they are RUDE. Do not purchase from this company!!!
