I ordered a replica of a charm to put on a pocket book. The charm cost approximately $100. Voguelande took my money immediately and then it took approximately 6 weeks to get the item. After a series of e-mails back and forth the item FINALLY arrived and it was not even remotely what I had ordered. I let them know this and at first the responded by saying that they would check with the manufacturer.
Recently when I've tried to follow up there has been absolutely NO reply to my queries. I have been trying, unsuccessfully to get an address to which I could return the bogus item AND have them refund my money. Needless to say, I've heard nothing from this group.
