In december I bought an item with moderndose.com. I have never received the Item I bought. I paid $180 including shipping. I contacted them They offered refund. But I still did'nt get it Moderndose.com Rip Off Amsterdam, Netherlands

In december I bought an Item online with www.moderndose.com paying $180 including shipping.By the second months in 2009 I still had not received the Item.

I decided to contact them by email. A few days went past still did not get a response. I decided to give them a call. I got voicemail and left a message about the email I had sent. After this I got a response by email hey offered to resent the Item or refund me.

They asked me to verify my details as I choose the option for a refund. Untill this day I have not heard from them since. Nor did I get a refund. I've tried emailing them several times. But never get a response

It has really upset me and I am determined to get my money back.
