I recieved an unsolicied fax from a broker that claimed this health care plan would cover me. With no rejections for existing illiness, with only A $25.0O out of pocket deductible required.

I was never told that this did not include major medical benefits. The flyer states; Medical and Dental - Large PPO network Preferred pricing on both major and monor services. Surgery Benefits - 100% of surgical schedule.
Hospitalization - Admission and daily confinement. (Emergency room, ICU)

When I clllaed the numbers lisited in the pln I was told I was allow only tree vuaut of any kind per year and any charge over 50.00 would be at my expense! I have called repeatedly with no anser, given fx number that is wrong and an eamil adress that bounces back.

Theor web page doesnt work for contact info. I have contacted my bank to stop payment!

This comapny is a major rippoff!
