Third-Party Charges Totaling $55.00 Despite Block on Trunk Group

Reviewed corporate phone bill for March and found, yet again, a section that read "This portion of your bill is provided as a service to PaymentOne". A few lines down under "miscellaneous charges section" another "Billed on Behalf of OneSource Networks" two charges to a DID on a trunk group. One for February and one for March, totaling $55.00 for Enhanced DirSvcMthFee.

In January Verizon put a block/Freeze on the trunk group of the account and assured me this would take care of any future 3rd party billing.

Neither OneSource Network nor PaymentOne were solicitated by any authorized member of my company for any services.
