I paid for a wheping kit for birthing of my Shih Tzu puppies in early November over the internet and never received it.

My report is best said from parts of the emails that have been exchanged between myself and Debra L Jensen, of Imperial Shih Tzu by Jensen.

This all started back in early November and is still going on today, still with no response back to me since January 5, or the whelping kit, or a refund which was stated on January 04, would be done with ample time of return of package.

Another 3 weeks have passed without a response from you. I will not go away with time as you expect. I work hard for my money; nobody just gives it to me, like I did to you.

You have left me no choice. I tried talking to you, over the past 4 months with no response from you about this whelping kit rip off, which you still have my $65.62 with no talk of a refund since January 5. You have been paid since Nov 21. I was told to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The Southern Nevada BBB, Las Vegas branch, has now been contacted with a complaint of your business practices. Emails between the two of us below have also been sent.

It has now been 5 weeks since you have returned my email about not receiving your whelping kit, and still no answer. I sent another email below 2 wks ago and you havent answered me back on that one either. Both emails have been very civil considering what has happened. Do I have to be the bad guy all the time in order for you to answer me? If that is true then something is terribly wrong in this world.

I will wait till the end of the week for you to ANSWER this email again, and refund my money. It may not get my money back but it may save others from being ripped off, and see what you are actually really like to your customers.

Im sick and tired of giving money out over the internet and not getting what I have paid for. The internet can be a great place to conduct business through, as long as the person at the other end is legit. This stolen credit card thing that you are trying to pass off is a crock, because you would have not received the money if that was the case. YOU have my money; I DONT HAVE your whelping kit.

I dont believe you sent the kit the first time because you would have contacted me when it was returned back to you to see if you had the right address, and you never did, but I bet you didnt contact Visa to give them their money back either IF YOU THOUGHT IT WAS A STOLEN CREDIT CARD, you sure kept the $70, that is FRAUD on your part. That in itself is very poor business practice.

There is no way that 0 of all the items that you send to Canada and the UK are returned, and are all due to stolen credit cards as you stated. Why would they pick YOU to try and get what you offer? What you offer for sale are really not big items to try and pass off to someone else and make money from a resale.

I hope you can live with yourself. Is $70 really worth all that?

Its amazing you only contacted me after I questioned your business practices for the return of my purchase price of your whelping kit and said you where waiting to see if it is going to be returned by mail to you, see your comments below. That was 3 weeks ago. Im sure it had to be returned by now, because I sure didnt receive it.

Maybe you think I am just going to forget this with time, and you will just get to keep what is not yours to keep. I dont think so. How long am I supposed to wait? What is ample time in your mind? Do you have no intensions of returning it? I sent you the money, you received it, and its in your account, my sons statement says so, you know its not a stolen card other wise Visa would have contacted you about it. Now do the right thing and return the purchase price like any other respectful seller would do.

This all started in early November, thats almost 3 months now, enough is enough.

Not impressed. Dont just sluff this email off and please return this email with your comments.

My shipping to England is 100 % return to do stolen credit cards. Canada is 99%
It seems like any order is bogus outside of the US
I sent you two kits the first came back
That told me it was another stolen card.

Since you said something I thought... No this is a real card. So I sent the second. You did not get it yet, nor did I get it back

If it gets back you can have a refund. Im giving it time, to reach you or be returned back to me due to the holidays because everything is running late.

I emailed you telling you what had happened, more than once, but when I receive no answer back in more than 10 DAYS what would you do?

If you had sent the above 1st message over a week ago, or even between then and last night, and told me, the first part of your 2nd email "I will refund your money soon as I give the mail ample time to reach you or get back here". I would have just asked how things were going. AGAIN if I had not sent the last message how many more days would it take before you emailed me? 2 days? A week? A month? A year, where would it end. Then I never would have gotten a reply

Did you read any of goods things? About, how good your site was, and how much it helped me, or how I told you everything went fine with the whelp, or how many puppies I had, or even how are they doing. All I get an answer back from was the bad things because that hurts your ego, not from any of the good things, that should get of reply of Thanks Im glad it helped

Your lack of communication is the problem here. I did my part, you didnt, end of story.

Now Ill end this like the email last night would have said if the communication on your part was done properly.

Hows the mail situation going? Please let me know. Puppies are dong just great. They will have doubled their weight by a week, I think that is pretty good, but I dont know, this is my first Shih Tzu litter. How does that sound to you?

Thank god I didnt buy anything more expensive and line your pockets with a little more of my sons cash.internet fraud is a criminal offense and some day you with do it to someone that can actually do something about it. Im still trying to see if there is anything that I can do about it.

Internet fraudsters like you will get caught. Most likely not by me, but Its funny, things always seem to turn out right in the end, call it Karma. Not today or tomorrow but one day.

If you have any morals you will do what is right and answer this email with, your credit card has been refunded. If not I hope you can live with your conscience, but people like you always seem to be able to.

Your whelping kit never came the second time either, as I emailed you on Dec 22nd and stated that AGAIN. Thought I would try to see if you will contact me this time, now that the litter has been whelped.

Please refund my sons Visa for the purchase price of the kit. Also, PLEASE confirm when his credit card has been refunded.

I emailed you on the 22nd of December saying that the kit had again, not arrived, but received no response to that email. As a well known and caring Shih Tzu breeder, or so your site makes a person think that way, I was not impressed with your lack of professionalism in this purchase.

First you did not tell me that the kit had been returned to you the first time until I emailed you myself to ask where it was, THEN YOU FINALLY TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN RETURNED BACK TO YOU.

Then you did not contact me when I told you on the 22nd that it had not been delivered again.

Try and give me some faith that you are a legitimate and caring breeder and internet seller, by refunding me what I have not received, or are you just one of those web sites that make me think every other breeder on the internet cannot be trusted either.

Most of the Shih Tzu breeders I know tell me not to trust American sites and to use Canadian only, but I find most American sites are legitimate. My children have been ripped off before on the internet but I havent. I thought I had better judgement when it came to this type of internet purchasing, but I guess not.

Show me that you will do the right thing and bring faith back into purchasing items over the internet.

Not impressed!!!

PS If you are interested she whelped 3 girls, 2 boys. One girl is gold (black mask) the rest of the litter are solid black, all between 6.0 and 6.5 ozs

I ordered and paid for a whelping kit about 2-3 weeks ago. My son revamped our computer and didnt save my emails and I have lost all my emails that I have sent, so I cannot give you the exact date that I ordered it. I am just wondering if it has been sent, for I still havent received it yet.
